As an Operations Executive, you will be working closely with a team of Supervisors and Cleaning Specialists to deliver cleaning services to the clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with Operations Executive to ensure smooth running of Operations.
• Resolve issues raised by the Customer Service and Billing team.
• Conducts necessary checks and follow up with the ground staff, Supervisors, within the team to ensure the operational processes are being done properly within the stipulated time.
• Work with the Sales team to provide necessary input and details for the tendering of projects and quotations.
• Handle onboarding and hiring of the team under your management.
• Work with Operations Team to improve processes, optimize the schedule and increase efficiency of the given tasks to grow the business and profits of the company.
• Support Operational needs within the team and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned.
• To conduct site visits and handle quotations and tendering of jobs.
• Manage inventory lists & equipment to ensure the requirements of clients are being fulfilled.
• Manage Supervisors and ground staffs to complete ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Degree in any field.
• 1 - 2 years of working experience is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Not required but bonus if able to speak Mandarin as to liaise with Mandarin speaking workers.
• Full-Time position. Ability to start immediately is preferred.
• Working Hour(s) in Office: 9am - 6.30pm, Monday to Friday
• Contactable out of working hours and standby to resolve urgent issues.
• Based in Singapore

As an Human Resource Executive, you will be working closely with other departments to ensure stable support within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employees’ information, leave records, compensation, health, and medical insurance.
• Updating employees leave entitlement and details from time to time.
• Generate payroll twice a month for employees using payroll software based on attendance sheet.
• Responsible for arrangement of recruitment of employees, handling on-boarding and off-boarding of workers, including interviewing, signing of contract, updating of hiring ads.
• Attend to inquiries from employees and resolve MOM/ employee related issues to ensure smooth support from HR.
• Prepare and submit statutory documents such as IRAS, employment-related claims/ submissions of grant application/ license renewal and tasks assigned.
• Maintain and update latest HR policies and procedures. Keep up to date on MOM guidelines, webinars from industry etc.
• Consistently review, suggest and update HR policies/ processes/ structures to ensure improvisation of the company HR department together with help of other departments.

Requirements
