Key Responsibilities:

Finance Operations:

• Manage daily invoicing, payment transactions, and bookkeeping.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Lead month-end closing processes and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Coordinate with regional corporate partners and auditors to ensure timely annual renewals for regional companies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address financial and account statements, ensuring timely invoicing and reporting.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure financial records comply with regional regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and enforce internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

Administration and Office Management:

• Oversee office management, including rental renewals and general administrative duties.
• Organize and manage employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is mandatory.
• A Master's degree in Finance or Business (MBA) is advantageous.
• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar finance operations role, preferably within the e-commerce or tech industries.
• Familiarity with the TikTok ecosystem, cross-border e-commerce practices, and short video-driven commerce.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach to challenges.
