Scope of Activities include but not limited to:

• Conduct thorough analysis of current business operations and the existing system landscape, identifying gaps between the "as-is" and "to-be" of business processes and systems.
• Design and develop the necessary tools (e.g. Excel, Access, VB.NET and/or other suitable migration tools) to fill identified gaps and support the transition to the future operating system.
• Develop migration tools to facilitate the smooth transfer of data from legacy systems to new platforms, primarily working with .CSV files, Oracle databases, Access database, and other relevant data formats.
• Utilize MS Access, Excel, VB.NET, and other tools to create automation for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data migration, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all migration phases.
• Review, enhance, and develop new End-User Computing (EUC) and/or RPA tools to streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compatibility with new system functionalities.
• Work closely with business users, functional teams, and IT departments to define requirements for tool development and ensure tools meet operational needs.
• Develop and manage reports to track the progress of tool development, migration efforts, and operational improvements.
• Report issues related to tool performance, development status, and any operational challenges to the relevant stakeholders and teams.
• Maintain detailed documentation of tool functionalities, migration processes, and any changes to systems or processes.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tool development, systems migration, or business process automation in a banking or financial services environment.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining migration tools using Excel, Access, and VB.NET.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases, Access databases, and working with .CSV files for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Experience with EUC (End-User Computing), RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and related tools in a banking context is a plus.

Job Description: The role is a client-facing consulting role and requires functional knowledge of the business processes in SAP PS.

Job Description: The role is a client-facing consulting role and requires functional knowledge of the business processes in SAP PS.

This is both an SAP project delivery-focused role, managing complex SAP ERP implementation & configuration, as well as taking care of the tickets issue from several clients to support their queries. A consultant must be able to travel frequently locally for ABSG projects.

• Develop Functional Specs for all relevant developments to support SAP PS/PP processes integrate with other modules
• Develop / Update relevant Master Data Standards especially master data to support SAP PS processes integrate with other modules
• Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Design metrics and reports to support operational and management reporting for SAP PS; write reporting functional specs
• Prepare integration test scripts (optional)
• Complete unit testing, integration testing and support user acceptance testing

Requirements:

• Must have overall 6 years’ hands-on experience in SAP PS implementation in cloud-based environment experience.
• Involved in at least 2-3 end to end cycle of SAP PS project implementation in the consulting environment
• Design, develop, test, debug and implement programs on SAP S4 HANA.
• Develop solutions for all business processes in SAP systems.
• With experience in supporting other IT areas as assigned including non-SAP business systems
• Preferably to have S4 HANA experience
• Articulate with the ability to communicate effectively in all levels
• Able to start in a short notice period.

Description:

• As a Senior Consultant, you will be working with our client(s) cross-functional teams, IT development team and business users at the consulting level
• Involved in the full SAP implementation, customization and configuration including data gathering and analysis on user requirement, project design with strong project implementation in Sales & Distribution, post-implementation support and roll-out.
• You will also be involved in carrying out SAP SD implementation projects integration with other modules like Material Management.
