We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Projects Engineer - Industrial Automation to join our Industrial Automation & Digitalization team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of industrial automation control systems, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• PLC, SCADA, and HMI Systems Development: Program and develop automation systems using Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware/AVEVA, and other relevant platforms.
• Control Panel & Electrical Architecture Design: Design and develop electrical systems and control panels to meet project requirements.
• Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): Conduct Hardware and Software FAT to ensure the system meets specifications and requirements before delivery.
• Site Acceptance Testing (SAT): Perform testing and commissioning of automation systems at client locations to ensure they function as expected.
• Technical Support for Sales Team: Provide technical assistance to the Sales team during project bidding and tender processes.
• Onsite & Remote Support: Offer technical support for ongoing projects, both onsite and remotely, to address client needs and resolve any issues.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure effective project implementation.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-6 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and digitalization.
• Automation Systems Expertise: Proficiency in programming and working with PLC, SCADA, HMI systems, preferably using Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware/AVEVA platforms.
• Control Panel Design: Experience in designing and developing electrical architectures and control panels for industrial systems.
• Knowledge of Communication Protocols: Strong understanding of various communication protocols used in industrial automation (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC).
• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with automation technologies specific to the Pharma, Oil & Gas industries is an advantage.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Ability to provide both onsite and remote technical support and troubleshooting during the execution of automation projects.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues and clients both locally and internationally.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Planning and Control Engineer to join our team for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling project schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in project management tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Working Schedule:Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
  Total Hours per Week: 44 hours
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
• Conduct project planning and control activities, including resource allocation, budgeting, and cost control.
• Track project performance, identifying deviations from the plan, and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Assist in risk management by identifying potential delays and providing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the alignment of project timelines with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project schedules and changes.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize the project delivery process.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Planning and Control Engineer or similar role in [relevant industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, etc.].
• Technical Skills:Strong proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
  In-depth knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and resource management.
  
• Soft Skills:Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  
• Other Requirements:Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
