Sales and Marketing Executive
Abiel is an asset management firm set up in Singapore since 2013.
We help property investors maximize their portfolio returns and our self-owned properties through creative enhancement strategies.
With over 20 years of experiences in real estate investments both in SG and Australia, the company has established itself in the areas of property strategy, repositioning of assets, asset enhancement, and end-to-end project management.
Abiel is now moving into rapid business expansion and is looking for a candidate who can participate in various stages from property acquisition to management of our portfolio of real estates for lease. This candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and be exposed to a broad experience in various aspects of property business.
The role is based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Planning and implementing the tenancy mix.
- Present and promoted unoccupied units to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
- Assist management in discovering suitable tenants
- Promote unoccupied units through various media and advertising techniques
- Evaluate clients’ requirements and make personalized presentations
- Validate application information and references
- Negotiate leasing terms and complete all lease documentation and tenant management.
- Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants and to initiate necessary action to recover any arrears.
- Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
- Conduct marketing sales calls / site viewings and presentations.
- Keep abreast of the property market status
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented
- Excellent character is essential for this role - integrity, hardworking and perseverance
- Able to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and positive work attitude
