Job Duties:

• Design civil and structural elements such as drainage, retaining walls, earthworks, slope formation, sewer etc
• Prepare and compile design and calculations for authorities submission
• Prepare Autocad drawings
• Hybrid work from home and office when required

Requirements:

• Proficient with design software such as Staad, Plaxis, Prokon
• Proficient with Autocad
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Bachelor degree from PEB Accredited University
• Candidates with either structural or civil design experience may apply
• BIM Knowledge will be advantage

Job Duties:

Act as Consultant's resident PM and oversee demolition project and contractor.

• Report to consultant and HDB
• Oversee and ensure quality, timeliness and safety of contractor's work.
• Lead Resident Technical Officer in supervision of the project to ensure compliance of drawings/specifications, approved work methods and authorities requirements.
• Not required to sign PTCW. PTCW is under RTO
• Based at site near Ghim Moh
• 5.5 days week
• 6 month contract, client option for extension, commencement approximately January 2025

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Science / Project Management, Construction Management or other Construction and engineering related degree;
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience;

Knowledge / certification in the folllowing will be beneficial:

• Microsoft Project
• Construction Safety Course for Project Manager
• Certificate of Competency in Earth Control Measures for Construction Site Personnel
