Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Brand Manager who has a keen passion for Asian beauty products to lead the team making impact in the industry and achieve sales and growth target.
The role requires you to work closely with internal team, collaborating with brand partners, offline sales channel, online platform to drive brand visibility and sales revenue for both existing and new brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee offline and E-com team to manage business, sales promotions, ensuring optimization of products positioning and presentation.
- Develop and support annual marketing calendar, plans and implement marketing program and campaign.
- Develop and support marketing strategies, align brand objectives, improve brand awareness and driving sales target and profitability.
- Ensure brand activations/promotions are rolled out timely across all channel.
- Support & ensure on-shelf merchandising standards.
- Support to plan, develop, and implement launch of new products.
- Involve in managing pricing across all channels.
- Support to manage brand & trade marketing plans budget.
- Manage all customer enquiries/requests from all channels
- Conduct product training and brief field team on trade activations/new & promo skus launch.
- Coordinate closely with logistics for shipment tracking, monitor and follow-up action plans with warehouse team to minimize overstocks.
- Prompt review and action to minimize the non-working or slow-moving inventory.
- Support in development of feature ads/image requirements.
- Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting to Principals.
- Analysis of reports and variances and preparation of annual sales budget and forecasts.
- Responsible for planning and logistics of gifts, samples, and testers to retail stores accordingly to promotional usage.
- Other additional tasks and responsibilities may be required as and when necessary, to achieve the Company’s objectives.
The ideal candidate:
Experience in brand management, marketing, in relevant industry.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and Singapore market trends effectively.
Ability to manage and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with all level.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, Adobe Illustrator.
Able to cope with stress and demand required by the interaction with internal team and external partners.
