The Insight Manager reports to one of the teams of Senior Research Managers. The key role of the Insight Manager is to manage quantitative, qualitative and community research projects, with the supervision of senior researchers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the project owner for several smaller tactical projects which are taking place simultaneously, with little direction from seniors.
• Play a supporting role on larger strategic projects.
• Lead on deciding the best approach and ideas for capturing the data needed.
• Can design most types of Activities with limited direction from seniors.
• Be a confident moderator.
• Capable of going beyond taking what people say at face value, laddering to understand the unspoken and emotional aspects, which sit deeper.
• Able to evaluate the status of survey fieldwork and make decisions facilitating fieldwork progress (e.g., regarding modification of quotas).
• Take the lead in designing an analysis plan, which is used to brief others (e.g., PST, external moderator, etc.).
• Create reports that are commercially savvy, which include growing experience with the client / category / sector.
• Can interpret a client's information needs and are able to translate them into overall project design and deciding on the right Activities and Solutions to use.
• Able to spot opportunities to incorporate solutions beyond primary research (e.g., Culture Trends, crowdsourcing through eÿeka, etc.).
• Involved in the preparation of client workshops / brainstorms and attend in a supportive role.
• Can build good working relationships with clients and have learnt to flex style as needed.
• Involved in the presenting of NTMY meetings with clients.
• Build the client network outside of the insight team.
• Aware of their commercial skillset.
• Experienced with the customer relationship platforms needed to manage the accounts (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Has business financial acumen and take ownership of the contribution to the financials on a project.
• Involved in the brainstorming for and (co-)writing of proposals for simple projects.
• Support the development of junior consultants through on-the-job coaching.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., social science, psychology, business, or economics).
• At least 5 years of professional research experience.
• Demonstrated success through the impactful research.
• Familiarity with tools such as data analysis software.
• Ability to connect research insights to broader organizational goals.

You are responsible for performing marketing analyses and consulting projects based on extensive quantitative and qualitative market research data, working closely with other Research Managers and Project Managers across our offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Initially, your focus lies on data analysis and full reporting: based on gathered market research data, you conduct analyses and co-design insightful reports that support our clients in their strategic decision-making process.
• You work closely with Senior Research Managers that coach and train you directly, and you are in close contact with national as well as international clients to deliver high-value content and services.
• Depending on your interest and evolution, you will be involved gradually in the complete set-up, organization, and execution of market research studies.
• You build experience and gradually become responsible for complete methodologies (e.g. sampling, survey design, etc.)
• You gain experience and knowledge in a broad range of marketing domains, both within the projects you are involved in and within training.
• You will be supported in developing commercial client contacts, and in due time you will develop and maintain a client portfolio and get account management responsibilities in your industry sector.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Education Level

• A bachelor's degree and above in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, or economics).

Experience

• Basic research experience with both qual and quant. 1~2 years working experiences, or overseas study or overseas living experiences will be a plus.

The primary role of an IT Support Engineer with our global company, Human8, is mainly to provide IT support to all internal users / employees by following the best practices in place, in a 1st and 2nd line multi-purpose role.

The position will involve a high level of customer service and support, proactive problem solving and an expectation of continuous service improvement of the Human8 infrastructure and support desk.

We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join our Global IT Operations team and support the growth of Human8 and its international expansion.

Together with your team members in the IT Operations team you will be responsible for the IT Service desk & support of all hardware and software.

You are able to align different service desk and regions in 1 unified process and maintain an international IT infrastructure.

With your knowledge and passion for technology, applications and IT systems you can take us a step further than the competition. You will share your knowledge with the users and guide them with training.

Provide support for 800+ users in +25 office locations around the globe, with occasional travel to other offices if required. Because of the different time zones you have to support there is willingness to work in different time zones (early or late shift).

Responsibilities

• Supporting our end users on hardware and software used at Human8.
• Maintenance and setup of end user devices (Windows & Mac).
• Managing the service desk.
• Creating documentation and training materials.
• Management of Office 365 and other licenses.
• Stock and asset management.
• Installation and support of IT equipment (Wi-Fi access points, printers, videoconferencing,…).
• Deploying new software.
• You will be involved in security operations (access control, configuration, patches, security updates, vulnerability scanning).
• Contact & follow-up with external suppliers for hardware purchases.
• Asset management and stock management (including wiping and disposal of devices).
• Monitoring of the IT environment.
• You can do magical things with scripting (small office automation tasks).
• You make and maintain procedures and other documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in computer science or higher (or a proven track record in IT).
• Remote working techniques: Citrix, VPN, Remote desktop…
• You’re familiar with: routers, switches, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, FTPS, VPN, HTTPS, …
• Other relevant skills: Nessus, Qualys, antivirus, …
• Background of IT security techniques is a plus (technology, procedures, …) and you can help with maintaining the ISO 27001 certificate and improve our ISMS.

Knowledge of helpdesk software (FreshService, Zendesk, Jira, …):

• Good knowledge of software deployment automation and unattended installs
• Knowledge of IT networks, systems & security
• Security operations mindset

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products and related services:

• Windows 10, Windows Server
• Active Directory, GPO, WSUS, DFS, Exchange Server, IIS, …
• System Center Configuration Manager
