We are seeking a versatile and experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role blends technical expertise, problem-solving, and client engagement to design and implement robust cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, handling both solution design and technical deployment while adapting based on project needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Technical Consultation:Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand security requirements.
  Design and architect tailored cybersecurity solutions that integrate with customer environments.
  Engage in technical discussions, demos, and workshops to address customer challenges and showcase the value of proposed solutions.
• Technical Implementation & Integration:Lead the configuration, integration, and deployment of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring seamless implementation with customer systems.
  Customize solutions as required to meet specific client needs.
  Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during deployment to ensure smooth transitions.
• Project Management & Customer Engagement:Serve as a key technical advisor from design through delivery, ensuring client requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  Provide post-implementation support and training, empowering clients to manage and maintain the deployed solutions.
  Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client goals.
• Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.
  Provide feedback to improve internal processes and service offerings.

Core Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, including solution design and technical implementation.
• Strong understanding of security technologies, including firewalls, SIEM, endpoint security, and encryption.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions in medium to large environments.

Bonus Skills & Experience (Not Required, but a Plus):

• Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are an advantage
