Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Privileged Access Management (PAM) Technical Lead to drive the operation and management of PAM solutions across our organization. This individual will lead initiatives to secure privileged access for critical systems, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that PAM aligns with our company’s security and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert with extensive knowledge of PAM tools and technologies, coupled with a strong understanding of identity and access management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage overall PAM Solutions:Drive and manage the PAM operation, configuration, and optimization of Privileged Access Management solution to secure privileged accounts, ensuring they meet security, compliance and operational requirements.
Design and architect tailored cybersecurity solutions that integrate with customer environments.
Engage in technical discussions, demos, and workshops to address customer challenges and showcase the value of proposed solutions.
- Technical Expertise and Strategy:Provide technical guidance and strategic direction for the PAM program, collaborating with various IT teams to enhance access control.
- Policy and Standards Development:Define and enforce PAM policies, standards, and best practices for privileged accounts across various platforms and applications.
- Incident Response and Auditing:Act as escalation point for PAM related incidents and collaborate with internal teams to improve response capabilities.
Front auditors and support on the collection of evidence and artifact and providing remediation for its findings.
- Training and mentorship:Provide training, guidance and mentorship to junior PAM team members and for other stakeholders.
Core Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience and at least 3 focused on Privileged Access Management.
- Strong expertise in PAM tools, and solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea.
- In-depth understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principals.
- Proficiency in implementing security control like MFA, password vaulting and session monitoring.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation (eg. Powershell, python) to streamline PAM processes.
Bonus Skills & Experience (Not Required, but a Plus):
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are an advantage
