To ensure the finished goods quality and quantity meet the daily production standard and target.

Perform daily cleaning on working section, equipment and tools. To adhere to food safety, health and personal hygiene in workplace. To adherence with Central Kitchen processes and procedures and maintain cleanliness of the central kitchen at all time. To undertake hoc duties as delegated by the immediate superior.

Pastry Dough Section

2.1 To assist supervisor in pastry dough making

2.2 To assist supervisor in flattening the dough process

2.3 To shape and mold on the pastry dough

2.4 Perform quality check on the pastry dough to ensure it meet the standard (e.g weight and color)

2.5 Pack and arrange at the tray provided

2.6 Properly wrap and indicate the manufacturing date before store in the freezer

2.7 To assist supervisor on daily stock take for the raw ingredients

Folding Section

To check on the pastry dough and filling before use

• To adhere with the existing puff folding SOP
• To perform product weight check for every tray
• To ensure the standard of the puff quality and quantity produce
• To assist other team member to meet daily production target
• To inform supervisor if there is any defect or reject pastry dough or filling
• Ensure the puff was properly store at the right temperature

Hot Kitchen & Deep Fried Section

• To assist superior in cooking preparation
• To assist cutting and washing raw ingredients
• To handle kitchen appliance/tools with care
• Scope the filling to the bowl provided
• Properly wrap and indicate the manufacturing date before store in the freezer
• To assist superior on cooking and packing for corporate order
• Conduct intensive cleaning daily to ensure the section is clean and free from pest

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate computation and payroll processing
• Timely submission of payroll bank transfers, CPF submission, IR21 and IR8A submission
• Timely submission of Government Survey
• Submission and monitoring of statutory claims such as NS make-up pay and government paid leave
• Conduct periodic compensation review exercises through market research
• To prepare and generate all payroll related reports and any ad-hoc reports required by the management
• Prepare monthly HR Report and payroll reports
• Develop retention programmes, compensation & benefits etc
• Ensure compliance of HR Policies and Procedures with the local statutory and audit requirements
• Prepare Annual Performance Appraisal and Yearly HR Budget
• To undertake any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in HRM, Business, Accountancy, Payroll Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good knowledge in Employment Act, HR Policies and Best Practices
• Meticulous, detailed, well-organized, able to multi-task and work in fast-pace environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels
• Familiar with Unit4 Prosoft HRMS preferred
• Effective team-player with a positive attitude and pro-active
