Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads within the blasting and painting sector.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
Read and interpret technical drawings to provide accurate quotations and project recommendations.
Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the
blasting and painting industry
.
Strong knowledge of
reading and interpreting technical drawings
.
Existing network of customers or the ability to bring in your own client base.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
