Job Description
- Perform general drafting work including (but not limited to) the detailing of civil, structural, architectural, and other related drawings based on preliminary concepts or sketches.
- The ability to do drafting with only discussion with engineers (without sketch) is an advantage.
- Preparation of 2D drawings on AutoCAD for civil, structural and architectural works.
- Preparation and/or update 3D model and generate fabrication drawings and MTOs.
- Preparation and review construction shop drawings.
- Preparation and review steel fabrication drawings.
- Support project team in case of design and technical concerns during construction.
- Collaborate with C&S team as well as overall project team.
- Perform occasional site visit to check actual conditions for engineering or check design compliance.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Process/Oil & Gas or similar industry.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Drafting & Modelling software.
- AutoCAD proficiency is a must. Experienced in Modelling software such as Revit or Advance Steel is also required.
- Experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Willingness to learn and possess a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to do simple Bill of Quantities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment or individually (if necessary).
- Ability to multitask if necessary and work in a fast-paced setting.
