• Handle day-to-day accounting functions.
• Prepare cash flow & cash book daily
• Prepare payment voucher and issue cheque daily
• Checking of accounts and updating in system
• Update fixed assets & AR & AP monthly
• Submit GST quarterly
• Associate with auditor and accounts manager to prepare yearly closing schedule which include AR, AP, fixed asset, Loan (HP), profit and loss & balance sheet
• General administration duties.
• Any other duties assigned by manager
• Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadliness

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customised vehicle ownership solutions to businesses and individuals
• Generate leads through prospecting
• Participate in customer engagement programmes to maintain customer loyalty

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of sales experience preferred (candidates without automotive background are welcome to apply)
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (able to speak dialects is an added advantage)
• Possess a Class 3 driving license (preferred)
• Computer literate and a team-player
