Providing administrative assistance to the HR team, including managing employee records, processing payroll, and coordinating staff onboarding and offboarding
Supporting project management activities, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and tracking project milestones
Assisting with the coordination of training and development initiatives for employees
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Performing various office management duties, including ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems
What we're looking for
At least 1 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in the HR or project management field
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in all tasks
Ability to work independently and proactively to support the needs of the business
