Experience in the complete recruitment life cycle process starting from sourcing - validating resumes, preliminary interviews, HR interviews, salary negotiations, and rolling out offers.
Ability to perform multiple tasks with the right prioritization.
Ensure all recruitment processes and activities remain compliant with country-specific employment laws & regulations.
Good experience in sourcing profiles using a mix of channels like web portals, advertisements, walk-ins, professional networking, personal references, headhunting, and vendors.
Effective utilization of the portals, referral methods, and other varied techniques like headhunting and cold calling.
Must be able to uphold and manage a good ‘Candidate experience’
Execute and support recruitment and onboarding activities in a timely and effective manner
Requirement:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
A self-motivated, energetic, smart, and intelligent recruitment professional aiming towards the best always
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Must be a good Team player
Must be able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues.
