As a Healthcare Assistant at My Queen, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to mothers and new-born infants during their stay with us.

Job Responsibilities

Baby care duties include:

• Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers
• Assist in feeding of babies
• Taking note of babies’ temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and/or other necessary information
• Monitoring of babies’ growing progress
• Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements
• Ensure Baby Safety
• Umbilical Care
• Oral and Eye Care
• Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Mummy Care Duties Include:

• Monitoring of Mummies' recovery progress
• Guiding mummies in breastfeeding
• Guiding mummies in baby care techniques
• Assist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions
• Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Working Hours

• Morning and night shift available
• 4 to 11 hours each shift

Location

Located within Oasia Hotel, Sentosa (Right beside Imbiah Station)

Salary

$12 to $16 per hour

• Subjected to experience / qualifications
• Increment of salary according to length of service
• Higher hourly rates for night shifts, Weekends & Public Holidays

Job Requirements

• 18 years old and above
• Females ONLY
• Singaporean and PRs only
• Physically fit & mentally sound
• Relevant experience would be good
• Preferably able to commit twice a week
• Preferably able to work on Weekends & Public Holidays

What To Expect:

● Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software applications.

● Improve software quality using Scrum practices such as code review and unit testing.

● Assist PO/BA on user stories refinement.

● Assist QA on test automation and bug fixes.

● Assist DevOps on build and release automation.

● Prepare interface specifications and other architecture documents.

● Adheres to Software Craftsmanship Manifesto.

How To Succeed:

● Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.

● At least one year of professional experience in a software engineer or equivalent position.

● Familiar with cloud-native technology.

● Familiar with Clean Code, Design Patterns and Unit Testing.

● Familiar with multi-paradigm programming languages.

● Knowledge and experience in Java Spring Framework / Angular / Apache Spark / Data Engineering / ETL will be advantageous.

● Technical knowledge and experience in designing and developing applications in AWS cloud environment (RDS, Glue, Lambda, MSK) will be advantageous

● Working experience in Agile and UX development environment will be an added advantage.

● Fresh graduates with great technical skills may apply.

• Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
• Preparing statutory accounts.
• Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals
• Recording and filing cash transactions.
• Controlling credit and chasing debt.
• Invoice processing and filing
• Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Liaising with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

Job Specifications

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Accounting data entry in the system
• Maintain accurate supplier master data, process supplier invoices and payments, and accounts payable reconciliation
• Perform basic accounting duties on AR and AP
• Prepare monthly management report
• Manage and maintain the filing of documents, correspondence, and contracts
• Provide support to the office as necessary in administrative tasks
• Assist GM in quarterly GST reporting
• Support internal and external audits for ISO 9001 and any other certifications
• Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents, and Company Secretary
• Application and submission for government grants/subsidies
• Liaise with Insurance Agent on the renewal of policies
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers
• Other accounting & admin duties as required

A Successful Candidate should have/be:

• Min. Diploma in Accounting or related qualification
• Knowledge of the use of the Autocount Accounting system is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Energetic, initiative, and able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with both external and internal parties.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Demonstrates an ability to work independently and in a team
