• Be fluent in both English and Mandarin to manage our company’s bilingual website.
• Launch optimized online advertisements through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
• Prepare online blogs and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
• Improve user experience in the company’s website
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
• Acquire insights in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
• Cold calling to potential customers; closing sales and working with the customers through the closing process;
• Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and meeting or exceeding annual sales goals; and
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans.

A Successful Candidate should have:

• Experience with creative content writing
• An analytical mindset and good critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Has obtained a Diploma or above (does not have to be marketing related)
