Preparation and cooking appropriate amount of food according to company’s standard operations procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, work stations, and food storage facilities.
- Cleaning and washing of work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Storing ingredients according to food safety regulations and company’s standard and procedures.
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
- Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.
- Any other job-related duties requested from senior staff.
