Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and certified Drone/UAV Trainer to conduct training and assessment for drone operators. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in UAV operation & technology, regulations, and operations and capable of training both beginners and advanced users for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs on UAV operations, safety, and maintenance.
• Train individuals and teams on regulatory compliance, including airspace laws and licensing requirements.
• Provide hands-on training sessions on UAV operation, navigation, data capture, and payload handling.
• Evaluate trainees' skills and provide feedback to ensure proficiency.
• Maintain and update training materials to align with the latest UAV technologies and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments for UAV operations during practical sessions.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance training content.

Qualifications:

• Certification in UAV operations (e.g., CAAS UAPL, or equivalent/relevant drone certifications).
• Certification in ACTA / ACLP.
• Strong knowledge of drone technologies, systems, and industry applications.
• Experience in delivering technical training programs, preferably related to UAVs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and airspace laws.
• Proficiency in UAV-related software and tools (e.g., mapping, imaging software).

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Caregiver Trainer to equip aspiring caregivers with the knowledge and skills to provide high-quality care for the elderly. The ideal candidate should have practical caregiving experience and a passion for mentoring others in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver/Assess training programs focused on elderly care, including daily living assistance, medication management, and dementia care.
• Train participants on communication techniques to address the unique needs of elderly individuals.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions on personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and basic first aid.
• Ensure trainees understand ethical caregiving practices and cultural sensitivities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees during their learning journey.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain up-to-date and comprehensive training materials.
• Assess trainees' skills and provide feedback for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Certification in caregiving, nursing, or geriatric care.
• Certification in ACTA / ACLP.
• Proven experience as a caregiver, healthcare worker, or trainer in elderly care.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Knowledge of aging-related conditions and their care requirements.
• Ability to empathize with and mentor trainees from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and regulations for elderly care.

Job Requirements

• Education: High School or GCE 'O' Level qualification or higher.
• Experience: At least 1 year of work experience, with a passion for teaching and helping others.
• Language Skills: Native fluency in one of the following languages—Tagalog, Bahasa Indonesia, or Burmese.
• Teaching Abilities: Comfortable conducting training sessions in both your native language and English, creating a supportive and clear learning environment.
