Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging First Aid Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality first aid training programs to a diverse range of participants. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver comprehensive first aid training to individuals and groups in accordance with established curricula and standards.

• Hands-on Demonstrations: Teach practical skills, including CPR, use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), and basic life support techniques.

• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of updates in first aid standards, procedures, and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Certified First Aid Trainer or equivalent qualification recognized by relevant authorities.
• In-depth knowledge of first aid practices, CPR, and emergency medical procedures.
• Prior experience delivering first aid or related training is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and group dynamics.
• Proficiency in handling training equipment and tools such as AEDs and CPR manikins.
• Valid certification in basic or advanced first aid (e.g., BCLS, ACLS, or similar).
• Organizational and administrative skills to manage records and prepare materials.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sales of Food hygiene courses. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the food hygiene industry, knowledge of training standards in accordance to Singapore Food Agency (SFA) requirements, and a strong sales background. This role is responsible for driving the growth of our food hygiene courses by engaging with potential clients, understanding their training needs, and providing tailored solutions.

The Sales Executive for Food hygiene Courses will be responsible for:

· Identify and engage with potential customers, including businesses in the F&B industry and other sectors involved with food, such as hospitality, healthcare, education, and food production, to promote Food hygiene courses.

· Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base and drive sales growth.

· Assess clients' needs and advise them on the appropriate food hygiene training solutions.

· Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

· Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring clients are supported throughout the decision-making process.

· Handle any post-sales inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customers receive high-quality service.

· Develop a deep understanding of industry trends and tailor sales strategies accordingly.

· Work closely with our Digital marketing & Marketing team to align on promotions, campaigns, and outreach activities.

· Coordinate with sales and marketing on other training promotion or ad-hoc road show.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will minimally have:

· Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the food hygiene or related industries.

· Strong understanding of Food hygiene certification courses, training standards, and industry regulations.

· Existing network or relationships in the food hygiene or training industry.

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.
