Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience & knowledge in the cleaning industries
• Knowledge of cleaning contract requirements
• Knowledge of WHS and its credentials
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with ability to exercise command and control
• Meticulous to details in meeting company's requirement
• Good communication skills with professional email etiquette
• Strong analytical and readiness in a fast paced environment
• Able to work independently and multi task
• Self-motivated, responsible, positive work attitude and a team player
• Ability to plan, manage and execute work effectively
• PC Knowledge and Smart Devices savvy
• Valid Class 3 license

Compliance

• Analyse internal operational systems to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and works standards.
• Create, modify, update and implement the work methodology and procedure.
• Develop risk management strategies and managing company’s WSH requirements.
• Design control systems to address cases of violation of operational direction.
• Planning and arranging training programs for staff to meet contractual & regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with other department to ensure that operation department is in line with company’s policies.
• Advise and report to the executive management on operational related matter, risks and any other policy development.

Quality

· Oversee and point of contact for implementation of smart technology for the entire organisation. (Robotics, smart system and TMS)

• Provide strategic advice to the project staff for the understanding & identification contractual requirements
• Review of any project related correspondence and proposing a suitable strategy for preparing the response and advising on potential contractual implications arising therefrom.
• Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to project staffs and to provide contract awareness, interpretation and advice to project team.
• Formulating monthly project budgeting report for senior management monitoring and analysis.
• Perform, ensure, monitor & checking of all project monthly report submission/ claims requirements for billing.
• Assist in ISO audit and implementation
