Your scope of work and duties shall include:
· Responsible for inventory management; replenishing stock control in SG warehouse and all studios
· Responsible for visual inspection on goods arrived at the warehouse and packed for transferring to our studios.
· Liaise and coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, carriers on delivery date and pick-ups
· Inventory reconciliation between in-house tracking system and the physical counts.
· Support inter-departments on stock quantity related issues.
· Comply strictly with the company’s standard operation procedures, workplace safety rules and regulations.
· Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse.
Additional Tasks:
· Assist in Customer service communications through Zendesk.
· Front desk duties when required.
· Any other duties as assigned.
