Responsibilities
· Develop and execute short/mid and long-term action plan to grow the assigned brand portfolio, market share in order to achieve product profitability.
· Conduct market research, analyse consumer insights, market intelligences & competitive information to roll out new trend idea/concept/launches and effective marketing plan for the assigned brand portfolio.
· Conceptualize and strategize category-specific and/or brand-specific growth plans as well as recommend new products based on local market sentiments, trends and strategy fit.
· Ensure healthy stock inventory through effective forecasting and demand management.
· Measure the effectiveness of the change in visual merchandising displays and product assortment.
· In-depth analysis of sales data to identify growth, gaps and opportunities.
· Ensure that marketing activities are aligned with Brand and Company values.
· Work closely with external stakeholders (Brand Principal, Mall Management and/or Business Partners) and internal stakeholders (Management, Retail Ops, Marketing, Finance, Procurement and/or Logistics) to implement marketing plans effectively and according to timeline.
Requirement
· Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry.
· Well versed in F&B licensing regulations.
· Pro-active hands-on team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
· Well versed in presentation and possess strong analytical thinking skills.
· Pleasant disposition, result-drive and independent.
