As a Marketing Executive, you will be assisting in the development and execution of all brand & marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics that communicate brands’ philosophy, drive traffic online and offline, sales and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop campaigns that strengthen brand positioning, increase brand presence and optimise brand experience, both online and offline.
• Plan yearly marketing calendar and budget for each respective brand.
• Timely execution of overall marketing calendar for all brand & marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics that communicate brand philosophy, drive traffic both online and offline, sales and brand loyalty.
• Work collaboratively with in-house or external design agencies to execute designs and creative contents.
• Communicate with all internal departments, liaison with mall A&P teams on ad spaces and mall campaigns.
• Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of each activation, as well as all digital marketing campaigns and partnerships (with malls and online delivery platforms) developed for each respective brand.
• Increase sales channels and online brand presence; drive traffic online social media channels to create awareness and increase followers as well as offline to increase footfall at all retail outlets, launch of online delivery partners and craft promotion and online pricing strategy.
• Manage and build good relationship with key media for PR coverage of important events/activities.
• Plan and prepare monthly social media calendar for respective brand.
• Prepare marketing collaterals, articles, corporate video, brochures and presentation materials that are aligned with brands’ philosophy.
• Manage backend systems of website, e-Commerce, e-Menus, POS, merchant portals of collaborating partners, CRM and social media platforms.
• Generate and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports comprises of consumer insight for Management’s business review and strategic planning for all brands vs. competitions.
• Prepare brand book, packaging guidelines, marketing collaterals, articles, corporate video, brochures and presentation materials to communicate new brands to be launch in the markets.
• Provide support to corporate sales and customer service functions.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts Payable

· Reconcile major suppliers’ statement

· Update cash book on daily basis and cash flow maintain

· Prepare AP month end reporting – eg. details aging report & accrual and prepayment schedule

· Forecast weekly cash outflow to superior

· Maintain a good filing system for all paid and unpaid invoices

· Any ad-hoc task assigned as when required

· Singaporean and PR only

Requirement

· Diploma in accounting

· Knowledge of ERP Accounting system

· Proficient in MS Office

· With retail or F&B experience will be an advantage

· Able to work independently or with min guidance

· Able to start work immediately or with short notice
