You will be part of an agile team that is working on SearchSG. Powered by machine learning and artificial intelligence, SearchSG is a Search-as-a-Service tech stack developed internally within GovTech that aims to be the de facto search tool within the Singapore Government. The team’s vision is to improve the findability of Government information and services for the general public.

What to expect

● Mainly responsible for managing/engaging government agencies, strategizing & planning, driving adoption, executing marketing campaigns & events, and creating reports.

● Evaluate and pinpoint the sustained competitive advantages of our product offerings amid a swiftly changing marketplace characterized by intense competition, rapid technological advancements, and a dynamic regulatory environment

● Work closely with product managers to develop and mold comprehensive go-to-market strategies for products/programs over multiple years, grounded in essential competitive insights and operational metrics

● Run events, workshops, webinars and build cases for potential opportunities, and generate insightful recommendations regarding strategic possibilities and operational efficiency

● Own the marketing plan to grow the community and develop the business

● Build the brand and awareness of the web search & AI team product

● Craft Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) and develop content for email marketing campaign

● Source and develop marketing collaterals (e.g. merchandise, prizes)

● Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback for the team

● Respond to queries from users and drive conversion

● Work closely with Software Developers, User Interface/User Experience Designers, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Manager, and Quality Engineer.

Requirements

● Experience in digital marketing – email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, marketing analytics, web search, and AI.

● Experience in planning and executing events

● Experience in developing a marketing strategy & plan

● Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration

● Able to understand technical concepts in product

● Able to contextualize and switch between macro product market strategy to micro product engagement with other government agencies

● Proficient in English (verbal & written)

Subject: Project Manager

1. Responsibilities

· Ensure overall success of a project, or a portfolio of projects, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.

· Manage and monitor project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget.

· Plan and manage the scope of the project, its objectives and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of project to the business outcomes of the Authority.

· Plan and lead the development of the business case/concept paper and funding.

· Plan and lead the overall procurement activities, in particular Tender Specifications compilation, tendering, tender evaluation, recommendation & award.

· Lead the development of the overall project schedule & activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones and deliverables.

· Build comprehensive work plan and ensure all team members are on-board with delegated tasks and activities.

· Conduct regular work group meetings and provide project progress and status reports to stakeholders.

· Perform stakeholder management, including keeping the relevant stakeholders informed of the project status on a timely and regular basis.

· Manage processes and procedures covering issue and risk management.

· Manage the project schedule & lead activities towards the successful closure of the project including Performance Guarantee and Warranty Period

2. What we are looking for

i. General

· CITPM (Certified ICT Project Management Programme) or PMP (Project Management Professional) or COMIT (Certification in Outsourcing Management for IT) or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.

· Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.

· Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage.

· Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage.

ii. Infrastructure specialisation (additional requirements)

· Proven ICT project management experience, preferably in medium to large scale ICT projects in government sector.

· Experience in IT Infra Project Management (Systems, Cloud, Network, Facilities, Data Center).

· Possess a proven and successful track record in delivering complex IT projects/programs.

· Hands-on IT professional with full SLDC lifecycle experience.

· Experience in a project management methodology - Prince2, PMP.

· Good knowledge of ICT infrastructure: Servers. Network, IT Security, end-user computing (EUC), ICT Operation.

iii. Security specialisation (additional requirements)

· Knowledge and experience on Use Cases and threat model development.

· Strong knowledge in Firewall, IPS, WAF, Proxy, API gateways and Network Security Architecture.

· Experience in SIEM, Security Architecture.

· Review and verify security requirements for new initiatives, for delivery of secured systems.
