What You Will Be Working On:

• Software Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software applications that meet government and citizen needs.
• Quality Improvement: Implement Scrum practices such as code review and unit testing to improve software quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners (PO) and Business Analysts (BA) on user story refinement, as well as assist QA teams with test automation and bug fixes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical Leadership: 7 years and above experience and ability to identify and resolve technical challenges, guiding the team towards innovative solutions.
• Mentorship: Provide coaching and development opportunities to junior engineers, fostering growth within the team.
• Cross-functional Communication: Collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and management to gather requirements, coordinate efforts, and provide accurate task estimates.
• Business Acumen: Understand business domain concepts and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders with clarity and precision.
• Project Management: Demonstrate strong prioritization, communication, and software engineering skills with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.

What We Are Looking For:

• Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Technical Skills:Proficient in cloud-native technology and familiar with Clean Code, Design Patterns, and Unit Testing.
  Experience in multi-paradigm programming languages (e.g., Java Spring Framework, Angular, Apache Spark, Data Engineering, ETL).
  Knowledge of AWS cloud services (RDS, Glue, Lambda, MSK) is highly advantageous.
  
• Agile & UX Experience: Experience working in Agile and UX development environments is an added advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and listening skills, combined with a self-driven and motivated mindset.
