Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operation Executive to manage our day-to-day transport operations. As a key member of our logistics team, you will oversee the movement of industrial printers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, customers, and internal logistics teams via email and mobile to ensure seamless movement of printers.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the movement of printers, including installation, setup, and delivery to designated locations.
- Manage and monitor the delivery schedule, ensuring timely arrival and minimizing delays.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any logistical issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum O-level graduate
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Basic Chinese language skills (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Excel (mandatory)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
