- Provide support for student issues as first contact point.
- Provide pastoral care and counselling to all students.
- Enforce School policies and oversee the implementation of quality student processes including student orientation, class scheduling, attendance management, student payment, course survey, student progress and assessment, student discipline, and parent liaison.
- Work with colleagues across the institute to enforce the implementation of institution and departmental policies and compliance with relevant regulatory authorities
- Participate in organising activities for students
- Prepares official documents for new enrolments
- Liaises with staff and students on the completion of student documents and ICA formalities (for international students)
- Bring students to ICA for completion of formalities and collection of student pass
- Any other duties and Ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
PRE-REQUISITES:
1) Minimum academic level: Any post-secondary qualification
2) Specific language proficiency: Speak, Read, and Write English; Bilingual preferred
3) Specific job experience: NA
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5) Patient and meticulous with an eye for detail
6) Strong administrative and IT skills
7) Good interpersonal skills
