Accel Analytics Pte Ltd is a solution provider for analytical and measurement instrumentation products. We are looking for a Technical Support Technician / Engineer to join our Service Team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including installation & commissioning.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of gas detectors, gas analyzers & liquid analyzers.
- Offer technical consultation to customers, addressing their inquiries and providing expert guidance.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve problems within specified timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate and detailed service reports to document work performed.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in relevant field
- Relevant training and guidance will be provided.
- Independent, responsible and willingness to learn personality.
- Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage. (Transport allowance will be provided for candidates with own transport)
