Responsibilities
- Deliver c-suite focused operating model work (80%)
- Manage a team to successfully deliver C-Suite operating model projects for clients that address the organizational challenges of executing new business models, strategies, & technologies.
- Support Managing Directors shape and sell new operating model work, overseeing the end-to-end sales process.
- Transfer knowledge and scale the practice (10%)
- Serve as a deeply knowledgeable advocate for the Kates Kesler organization design methodology
- Teach, coach, and guide fellows, colleagues and project teams in the disciplines of organization diagnostics, operating model development, and holistic organization design
- Co-develop offerings and methodology (5%)
- Contribute to the development of the “future org” growth play and harmonization work with adjacent groups
- Grow our intellectual property and brand (5%)
- Develop content and reusable assets
- Contribute to the development and publishing of thought leadership in the field of operating model and organization design
Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, minimally, in Business or Commerce.
- Experienced working with CEOs and C-level execs to design and implement new operating models and org designs to deliver on their strategies
