- Understand the SAP functional requirements across HR, FIN, Procurement and Scholarships to determine the training needs and develop a detailed training curriculum to upskill the impacted users.
- Develop a detailed training and development plan to equip the impacted users with the right knowledge and skills to perform tasks on the new system and adopt the new ways of working.
- Coach and guide the training team to develop custom content for the project (i.e. SAP HR, FIN, Procurement and Scholarship), which will be leveraged to conduct training across the impacted users. Training content will include but not limited to QRGs, Simulations, Training Assessments, Training Evaluations, User Guides, etc.
- Define post go-live support plan and strategies based on the client requirements and key considerations from the training needs analysis.
- Manage and execute the Training workstream on the project in adherence to defined scope and agreed upon timelines, and within the defined budget.
- Develop, review, and obtain sign-off on Learning Material from the client in time to execute the training delivery to upskill the impacted users. Approve training deliverables before sharing with the client to ensure quality metrics are achieved.
- Support Train-the-Trainer delivery, collation of feedback, and drive TTT updates.
- Serve as liaison between functional workstream team and the business users.
- Provide leadership and direction on learning activities and decisions across the project.
- Manage issues and propose recommendations to governing bodies and ensure execution of resolutions as required.
- Provide Logistics and deployment plan for a seamless learning experience.
- Identify any SMEs who may need to provide additional input to materials and define their areas of responsibilities along with dedicated time for training inputs/validation of content as needed.
- Onboard Instructional Designers and Content Developers to the program and provide them with the coaching and guidance as needed.
- Devise and monitor track-wise training workplans to ensure all training deliverables meet the milestone dates.
- Drive the Training workstream updates to the client and with Accenture stakeholders to communicate status and discuss challenges, risks and mitigations plans.
- Support onboarding Instructional Designers and Content Developers to the program.
Requirements:
- Knows the 4 key processes of an ERP (Procure To Pay, Forecast To Deliver, Order To Cash, Finance & Controlling).
- Minimum of 5+ years of change management/ consulting experience is expected for Consultant Level.
- Experience in other related areas such as HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration or Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness etc) is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions.
- Strong executive level relationship building skills.
