- Reimagine and reinventing our client businesses by leveraging on technology, data, and AI
- Consulting and partnering with our clients to help them develop high performance solutions to advance their industry position
- Identifying strategic operational issues and performance gaps
- Designing comprehensive new target businesses and technology architectures, operating models, solution blueprints, and leveraging latest technologies & innovations to shape major transformation journeys
- Building business cases and implementation roadmaps to help activate the defined client transformation programmes
Qualifications:
- At least 15 years consulting experience in Banking and Consulting industry
- Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
- Possess experience and skills in at least one of the following domains:
- Retail Banking
- Corporate & Institutional Banking
- Wealth & Private Banking
- Trade Finance
- Payments & Transaction Banking
- Possess experience in creating at least a few of the following in Banking Industry:
- Solution blueprint
- Business & Technology architecture
- Transformation roadmap
- Strategic plan & Target operating model
- Experience as an enterprise architect or solution architect would be an advantage
- Experience in Business Transformation and Consulting, delivering complex digital solutions, value creation (business and clients), relationship-building, and regulatory knowledge is essential in this role, with proven track record in industry experience
- Experience in business development and sales support in clientele consultation
- Experience in understanding business challenges and creating solution plans to resolve through right use of technology
- Ability to converse comfortably and set an inspiring vision with C-Suite across Business and Technology
- Develops self through continuous learning and brings latest innovations to the industry
- Experience understanding team strengths, and the ability to coach and develop others
- Experience in leading the client and team towards continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence
