Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with the Pega systems framework and strong knowledge of full lifecycle Pega implementations (Pega 8.x).
• Proven expertise in various Pega rules components, including Case Management, Job Schedulers, Queue Processors, Listeners, DX API, UI, Activities and Flows, Declaratives, Decision, Validation, Reports, and Correspondences.
• Skilled in log analysis and performance tuning.
• Proficient in using tools like Clipboard, Tracer, PLA, Alerts, and AES.
• Demonstrates responsibility, with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of thriving in an unstructured, fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Familiarity with the Scrum Agile methodology and experience with projects delivered using Scrum.

Description

As an Application Developer Build Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions. Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Build Management is required. Advanced proficiency in Design & Build Enablement, Configuration & Release Management, and other skills are recommended.
