Responsibilities:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have influencing and Advisory skills. Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. Master proficiency in Program Project Management is required. Expert level of proficiency in Scope Management is recommended. Estimation and Planning with Expert proficiency, Risk Management with Expert proficiency, Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) with Expert proficiency are suggested skills.
- Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders regularly
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project scope alignment with business goals
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience in a Scrum Master role
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- SCRUM Master Certification is an advantage
- Self-starter with excellent leadership and team building skills
- Ability to resolve complex problems creatively
- Experience in managing senior stakeholder
- You are proficient in using a variety of agile delivery tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence.
- 5-6 years of experience in delivering agile projects (planning, execution and team management) in the context of Software Engineering
- Strong customer focus: skilled ability to interpret and analyse customer requirements;
- Excellent presentation, communication skills and written communication skills able to speak with stakeholders of different levels
