Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on client requirements.
- Lead and manage end to end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high quality solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and recommend best practices for leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR functionalities.
- Design and document solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and reliability of Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Conduct training sessions for end users and create documentation to support knowledge transfer.
Key Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher degree in relevant fields.
- At least 5 years experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant.
- Hands on experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits. Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM is highly desirable.
- Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.
