- Attend to customers’ enquiries via calls and emails.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customers satisfaction.
- Processing of customers’ orders and issuing purchase orders.
- Creating delivery orders/ descriptions, internal work orders and updating shipping schedules.
- Issuing of sales invoices to customers.
- Source for suppliers/ vendors for company purchases.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 – 2 years of customer service or sales administration experience.
- Prior experience with MYOB system will be an added advantage.
