Responsibilities:
- Foster enduring bonds with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Provide expert cosmetic recommendations and consultations, making sure that the needs and satisfaction of the client are satisfied.
- Lead and mentor specialists and therapists in the provision of treatments and services.
- Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day branch operations.
- Help manage the store effectively and respond to client inquiries and concerns.
- Preserve a positive work atmosphere, encourage collaboration and efficient communication among employees.
- Meet sales goals and make a contribution to the monthly sales targets set by the branch.
- Take part in HQ-established marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Maintain the treatment and consultation rooms clean that enhances customer experiences.
- Carry out as-needed tasks as delegated by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma/ Professional Certificate in Beauty and Wellness/ Business Administration
- A minimum of five years' experience in the beauty and wellness sector, along with a track record of successful sales.
