- Provide technical support to the clients.
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and/ or engineers in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Follow up maintenance contract and ensure work completion on time.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in DC system or UPS industry.
- Ability to start work within short notice is advantageous.
