- Administrative Support:Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
Maintain organized records of client bookings, invoices, and payments.
Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Customer Management:Coordinate with clients to schedule car detailing appointments.
Provide information about services and pricing.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing complaints and feedback.
- Operational Coordination:Collaborate with the detailing team to plan daily schedules.
Monitor the workflow to ensure timely delivery of services.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the office and facility.
- Financial Tasks:Prepare and send invoices to clients.
Handle petty cash and assist with basic accounting tasks.
Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Compliance and Reporting:Maintain employee records and timesheets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Prepare reports for management, such as sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
