About the Role

As the Regional Security Leader, you will:

• Oversee regional security architecture, governance, risk management, engineering, operations, and incident response.
• Align regional security strategies with global standards and collaborate with senior IT and business leaders to achieve security objectives.
• Lead the implementation of security frameworks, policies, and procedures to protect enterprise assets and maintain compliance.
• Build and enhance regional security capabilities, leveraging advanced technologies, people, and processes to reduce risks.
• Act as a key advisor on information security, data privacy, disaster recovery, and emerging risks.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and mentorship, guiding teams toward continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Requirments

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (a master’s degree is preferred).
• 10 + years of experience in information security, including global corporate environments.
• Proven expertise in security architecture, governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Experience in mitigating advanced threats and implementing security technologies.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
• Knowledge of identity and access management, incident response, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity tools.
