Job Summary:

As the Operations Specialist you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the execution and processing of fund orders within our platform. Your focus will be on maintaining a smooth operational workflow to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. This position requires a deep understanding of fund management operations, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end process of fund orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Collaborate with the investment team to implement effective strategies for order fulfilment
• Develop and implement streamlined processes for order execution and processing
• Continuously evaluate and enhance operational workflows to improve efficiency
• Identify and assess operational risks related to order execution.
• Ensure all operational processes comply with relevant regulations
• Collaborate with the IT department to integrate and optimize technology solutions for order execution
• Generate regular reports on order execution and processing for management review.

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations management within the fund management industry, with a focus on order execution and processing
• In-depth knowledge of fund operations, trade lifecycle, and order routing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the fund management industry.
