They are looking to hire for a Finance Manager to be based in their Singapore office as part of their expansion plans.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the Asia region, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring consistency in journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax laws, and financial regulations across Asia markets.
• Collaborate with regional and HQ teams to standardize processes, enhance financial controls, and drive system improvements.
• Manage and develop the regional finance team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 10 years of experience in Accounting/FP&A.
• Experience in the Luxury, Fashion, Lifestyle, Apparel industry is a plus.
• Team management experience is a must.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, with experience in Asia markets preferred.
