Roles & Responsibilities
To support the construction team for M&E engineering works.
Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works related to engineering and systems design.
Oversee and ensure all M&E and related works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements, specifications and Authority codes and as per requirements of the project.
Accountable for all M&E works, site inspections, monitoring of progress of work & variation order
Responsible for ensuring that all M&E works of the sub-contractors are in compliance to the Company’s and authorities’ requirements
Review M&E drawings and other materials submissions prepare by the M&E Coordinators to ensure that there are no discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements
Conduct inspections for all M&E systems.
Liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors on M&E works progress, coordination and decisions.
To involve, support and assist other aspects of operational needs when assigned.
Determines project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving site problems.
Prepares project status reports.
Coordinates structural details and design features within the project.
Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
Should have Degree/Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
Min 5 years M&E building service experience in the construction industry.
