Job Description:

Perform full set accounting functions, generate invoices, issue statement of accounts and follow up on payment from clients.

Maintain accounting files and records for the company

Preparation of all disbursements of payments and transfers

Work closely with the management, procurement and project team.

Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years Experience in full spectrum of Accounts Duties preferably in construction sector

Must be strong in administrative support/ skills

Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline

A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision

Knowledge of MYOB software is an added advantage

Singaporeans & PR only.

Working day: 5 Days (8am to 5pm)

Working area: Tuas

• Supervise at the project site.
• Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with main contractor for installation works.
• Attend site meeting if required.
• Ensure that staff and subcontractors carry out their work in a safe manner.
• Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
• Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
• Identify and records quality control problems during site work.
• Responsible for determining the cause of the quality problem and initiate corrective action.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
• Basic construction technical knowledge will be advantage.

Required skills and qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience in project coordination
• Experience in coordinating teams and clients
• Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Should possess BCSS, Manage WAH certificate, Motorcycle.

1.Performing routine maintenances procedures and trouble shooting equipments breakdown.

2.Operation monitoring and layout of projects .

3.Develop and implement of maintenance programs .

4.Reviewing work orders and prioritizing workload.

5.Documenting completed tasks and preparing claims.

6.Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures, electrical schematics, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance work.

7.Assist with Inspections.
