- Supervise at the project site.
- Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with main contractor for installation works.
- Attend site meeting if required.
- Ensure that staff and subcontractors carry out their work in a safe manner.
- Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
- Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
- Identify and records quality control problems during site work.
- Responsible for determining the cause of the quality problem and initiate corrective action.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
- Basic construction technical knowledge will be advantage.
Required skills and qualifications
- 1 or more years of experience in project coordination
- Experience in coordinating teams and clients
- Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Should possess BCSS, Manage WAH certificate, Motorcycle.
