Role and Responsibilities:
- Supports accounts payable functions(3 Way Matching, Posting, Filing etc)
- Assist in the daily/ad-hoc office administrator duties
- Process payment to vendor on monthly and timely basis
- Process Workers' Transport Claims
- Process daily incoming and outgoing mails
- Handle incoming queries
- Compile and submit stationery and refreshment requisition to Operation
- Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification in accounting
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
- Prior working experience in Construction/Engineering industry is an advantage
Work Location: Woodlands
