Roles & Responsibilities
- Good understanding of double entries to take in invoices, suppliers’ bills and general journal;
- Full set of accounts and closing of accounts;
- Perform reconciliation between records and investigation on discrepancies.
- Preparation of accounts’ schedules
- Quarterly GST filing;
- Perform simple analysis on financial statement for management reporting;
- Coordinate with external parties (e.g. auditor, tax agent, clients etc) to ensure timely completion of filing and reporting deadline;
- Assisting in HR/Payroll work;
- Perform all other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Degree in accounting / ACCA
- Minimum 2 – 3 years relevant experience
- Entry-Level with a basic accounting background are welcome to apply and training provided
- Independent, organized and meticulous
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Words
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
