Responsibilities:
- Carry out the duties and responsibilities of the front desk.
- Responsible for administration of Service Office.
- General office maintenance
- Receives guests and handles clients’ and guests’ concerns and enquiries.
- Provide administrative support and assistance.
- Carry out ad hoc duties; issuance of quotations, invoice, payment vouchers and cheques.
- Responsible for petty cash management, handling courier services, and other related tasks.
- Perform any other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
General Requirements:
- Diploma/O Level in any disciple with at least 1 year experience as admin assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Presentable and possess good communication skills.
- Mature, able to multitask and a good problem solver.
- Possess accounting experience is advantageous.
