Responsible for securing all hotel properties, staff, and clientele following the procedures as stipulated in the security manual

Record details of significant incidents and activities in the logbook during his shifts
Ensure all Lost and Found properties are recorded in the Security Management System, hand them over (non-valuables) to the Housekeeping Department as soon as possible, and keep the Duty Manager informed
Maintain a Hotel Logbook on incidents, complaints, etc., and refer them, if required to the appropriate department for follow-up action
